Eurasian Integration:
Politics, Law, Trade and Economic Relations

Full-time study, 2 years Language: Russian
► This is the only program in the world for the systematic study of integration processes within the Eurasian continental area.
► This is the program for training skilled professionals in high demand: (1) foreign trade manager (export development and promotion); (2) manager, analyst for university, regional govenment and local authorities (development and implementation of international projects).
► The program unites unique staff resources, consisting of leading practitioners and well-known scholars.
For Russian and CIS nationals:

For non-CIS nationals:
> Professional Russian
Entrance requirements:
> English, B1 or higher level is required (Russian and CIS nationals)
> Russian, B1 or higher level is required (non-CIS nationals)
The number of language classes depends on student's level.
Key learning outcomes:
> the ability to conduct market research
> the ability to conduct negotiations
> the ability to support the conclusion and implementation of export contracts or expert research
Teaching activity:
> Educational program of the Export School, Russian Export Center;
> Development of export or research project
> Pregraduation internship (in Russian or foreign company)
> Master's thesis as an export or research project

The ability to track
(1) international political and
(2) legal conditions
for export/import activity, including regulation within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union

While enrolled in the programme, students may:
- attend business seminars, organized by the Export Support Center or Tomsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry
- participate in exchange programs with the leading universities of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan
- learn and improve the knowledge of foreign languages including English, Chinese, German
Each candidate must hold
> a Bachelor's or Master's diploma
> or a Specialist's diploma.
The tuition is either
> free: 12 government scholarships in 2025 for Russian and CIS nationals or Scholarship programme for non-Russian nationals
> 2024 fees: ₽179000 a year for Russian and CIS nationals, ₽224000 a year other nationals
TUITION FEE CUTS depending on the points for entrance exams and other reasons
The entrance exams may be held
> through Zoom, VooV or any other platform for video chat upon mutual consent
