Politics, Law, Trade and Economic Relations

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

► This is the only program in the world for the systematic study of Eurasian integration within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union and Silk Road Economic Belt.  


 

► This is the program for training skilled professionals in high demand: (1) foreign trade manager (export development and promotion); (2) manager, analyst for regional government and local authorities (development and implementation of international projects).


 

► The program unites unique staff resources, consisting of leading practitioners and well-known scholars.

THE CURRUCULUM
foreign languages

For Russian and CIS nationals:

> Professional English (Business English)

 

For non-CIS nationals:

> Professional Russian

 

Entrance requirements:

> English, A2 level is required, B1 or higher level is preferred (Russian and CIS nationals)

> Russian, A2 level is required, B1 or higher level is preferred (non-CIS nationals)

 

The number of language classes depends on student's level.

Key learning outcomes:

> the ability to conduct market research and to prepare a business plan for the export project;

> the ability to conduct negotiations and correspondence with foreign partners;

> the ability to support the conclusion and implementation of export contracts.

Teaching activity:

> Educational program of the Export School, Russian Export Center;

> Development of export project (practical training)

> Pregraduation internship (in Russian or foreign company)

> Master's thesis as an export project

> Eurasian Economic Union / Commonwealth of Independent States

The ability to track

(1) international political and

While enrolled in the programme, students may:

 

- attend business seminars, organized by the Tomsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry;


 

- participate in exchange programs and Double Master programs with the leading universities of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan;


 

- learn and improve the knowledge of foreign languages including English, Chinese, German.

Entry requirements
ADMISSION & TUITION FEE

Each candidate must hold

> a Bachelor's or Master's diploma

> or a Specialist's diploma.

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS OF TOMSK STATE UNIVERSITY in 2019

The tuition is either

> free: 10 government scholarships in 2019 for Russian and CIS nationals or

> ₽154300 a year for Russian and CIS nationals or ₽185200 a year (about $2850) for non-CIS nationals

 

TUITION FEE CUTS depending on the points for entrance exams

ENTRANCE EXAMS

Each candidate passes

1) an interview on the motivation;

2) English or Russian language exam.

 

ENTRANCE EXAMS REQUIREMENTS

The entrance exams may be held

> in person or

> through Skype
